GENERAL TERMS OF PURCHASE
The current general terms and conditions shall be applied to all
on-line sales of all Additelecom products to be delivered in the national
territory to any professional, company, consumer, user or any other
final addresee. The use by the customer of our services implies
the acceptance of the General Trading Terms at the very moment of
the trading order. Thus, we recommend the client to read the General
Terms and Conditions before placing an order.
PRICE
The prices applicable are those indicated on the web page on
the date the purchase order was made.
Each product appears in the order form with its title and final
price expressed in euros. At the end of the purchasing process,
VAT and delivery costs will be included in the final delivery note
or invoice, added to the final total of the purchase. The VAT is
not included in the prices as shown on the web page.
Additelecom reserves the right to make, at any time and without
previous notice, all the necessary modifications, having thus the
right to update products and prices according to suppliers’
requirements.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
An order can be cancelled at any time before the purchase is definitively
confirmed; by clicking on
the client can go backwards and thus the order will not be made
effective. The purchase order can also be cancelled by clicking
the button .
If the operation has been validated the client shall received an
e-mail message thanking him/her for choosing Additelecom.
CLAIMS
In case of receiving a wrong or faulty product, the client shall
file the claim withing 15 days from the reception of the product.
After this term, Additelecom shall not guarantee the repayment.
To file a claim, the client must communicate on a clear and detailed
letter, the reasons for the claim, and indicate the order number.
This can be done via e-mail or sending a letter to the following

RETURNS
In case of cancelling the purchase of a product, the client has
a 7-day-period from the date of reception to communicate the return
to Additelecom. It can be done via e-mail or writing to the following
postal address:

Please indicate the reason for the return/claim and order number.
Once the return has been communicated, the client must send the
product to the abovementioned address, duly packed and sealed. We
recommend to use a safe delivery means for the return. Additelecom
shall check the product state and conditions and will proceed to
the repayment. The refund shall not include the expenses motivated
by the return of the product.
Additelecom sees all claims and returns filed by its clients.
